Concerned About Alcohol and Drugs?
Did You Know?
By the end of high school, 75% of teens have used alcohol, 55% have been drunk, and 45% have used illegal drugs.
Yet only a minority of parents of teen users are aware of what's going on.
Similarly, among the majority of us who believe that "my teen doesn't use alcohol or drugs" -- half of us are wrong.
Alcohol Drugs

More CONCERNED
Did you know . . . that youth are far more vulnerable to the pernicious effects of alcohol and drug use than adults?  (Young users face a 4-7 times greater risk of developing substance dependencies, in addition to suffering developmental impairment and far greater accident rates -- e.g. driving and sex.)

Did you know . . . that 68% of GBHS students say that it is easy to obtain alcohol in Granite Bay/Roseville?
Did you know . . . that more than half of GBHS students consider drugs to be a problem in the Granite Bay community?
